Of course, maybe you’re looking for a to-do list that’s just a little bit more robust—more of a kanban board, really, that you can mold to fit the way your team operates. Trello is one such tool, and it’s easy to see why it’s a favorite to thousands of teams.
The Trello integration connects to your existing Trello account and publishes your activity in your HipChat rooms, so your teammates are made aware of how your collaborations are moving along in real time. From “to-do” to “doing” to “done”, they’ll be able to follow your progress every step of the way.

Standup Bot then records the report and keeps it in the sidebar with all the others from that day.

Got stuff to do with your teammates, but unsure of when you actually have time to do it? Meekan will find the time for you.
Meekan is your very own calendar assistant. It looks at everyone’s calendars and finds dates and times when everyone is available—even taking work hours and time zone differences into account—so all you have to do is tell it which option you prefer.
The Meekan integration books a meeting room for you. It reschedules meetings when someone can’t make it. And it does it all in seconds.
