We’re turning off blog comments—but still listening!

Starting Friday, November 11, we’ll be turning off comments on the HipChat Blog. Don’t get us wrong, we love talking with you and hearing your feedback! But we’ve found that it can be harder to make sure you get the right answers from the right people through blog comments.

When you have suggestions, questions, or are experiencing issues with HipChat, we want you to be heard and enabled to get back to getting things done as soon as possible. With that in mind, here are three ways you can connect with us:

Get help via Atlassian Support

For any technical issues, from support needs to bug reports to feature suggestions, please visit Atlassian Support.

Give feedback from your app

Provide feedback from your desktop or web app by clicking on the question mark in the top-right corner and selecting “Provide feedback.”


This will take you to a webpage where you can create an Atlassian ID (your Atlassian ID is used to sign into other Atlassian products like JIRA and Confluence).

Once you have your Atlassian ID, sign in on that same page, and it will take you to a form to submit your questions or feedback.
